Forensics science, the process of solving crimes by using science, is kinda creepy but has always fascinated me.
Probably why I enjoyed the TV show "Quincy M.E." so much.
It was a classic! A forensic crime drama that ran for eight seasons in the late '70's and early '80's.
It starred Jack Klugman as L.A. Medical Examiner Dr. Quincy who often took an unusually active role in police investigations as he untangled the twisted web of the criminal mind.
His nose for sniffing out crime and his skill as a coroner combined to help solve the most mysterious of deaths.
Quincy asked the tough questions and investigated the evidence...and as a result, he regularly butt heads with his boss and police officers.
But he always managed to solve the crimes using logic and deduction.
Without a doubt, Quincy M.E. was the precursor to the common C.S.I. format of crime shows to come.
At the end of the day, marketing is a study in psychology.
Why did Joe Customer buy your product or service?
Why didn't Mike Prospect buy your product or service?
And when you can answer those two questions, everything starts falling into pace...
...your core message
...your core offer
...your prospects' core objections
So if you put on our forensics hard hat and take on the mindset of asking the tough questions of both your prospects and your customers, you're bound to stir things up.
No doubt there will be some discomfort - for both you and your customers.
+ You may hit some nerves and ruffle some feathers.
+ You may learn that what you've been trying to sell all these years isn't what your audience wants.
Notice I said "wants" not "needs."
Big difference. Tough to sell broccoli to a dedicated junk food junkie.
But in the process of sleuthing on your prospects and customers...
And in the course of doing your recognizance...
You'll walk away with some pretty revealing conclusions.
That's where the money is! The quest for the golden fleece is now realized.
Our core service CyberFunnels™ was created with the forensics of marketing and sales psychology as its focus.
Want to see it in action? Go here to do some sleuthing on your own.
Make it a great day!
